UNESCO cultural heritage at its finest

Literally two museums cities!

If you enjoy art, original architecture and beautiful old streets, you will relish the magnificently diverse cultural and historical heritage on offer in the cities of Trogir and Split. The unique historical centre of Trogir and the 1,700-year history of the Split, including Diocletian’s Palace, provide a wealth of options for exploration.

Just an hour’s drive from our Punta Skala resort is a Dalmatian town fitting for Romeo and Juliet. Trogir is a UNESCO cultural heritage site. The far-reaching influence of the Italian Renaissance, more precisely the Venetian style, is perfectly maintained in Trogir’s palaces, fortresses and squares that await your discovery. Stroll the streets of Trogir with our knowledgeable guides, and see why people say that Croatia is truly the best of the Mediterranean.

Our exciting programme continues from Trogir towards Split where we explore the famous 4th century Diocletian Palace. In Split we visit the “Pazar” open market, the imposing Diocletian Cellar, and the Golden Gate of Split.

A former Croatian royal town!

Nin was one of the most important cultural centres of the early Croatian state. The city is home to unique monuments of early Croatian architecture dating from the 8th and 9th centuries. We arrange a tasting session of farm produce including cheese, bread and wine.

Everything revolves around cheese!

Wonderfully tasty! The strong character of the dry winter wind produces the creamy-yellowish Pag cheese – one of the ten best cheeses in the world.
